How the important features work
Automatic calculations you can trust
Each line item multiplies quantity by rate to produce a line amount. The subtotal sums those amounts, a percentage discount is applied to the subtotal, tax is then calculated on the discounted taxable base, and shipping is added last. That ordering matches how bookkeepers expect commercial invoices to be presented, and it prevents the common spreadsheet error of taxing an amount the client never owed.
Branding: logo, colours and signature
Upload a PNG, JPG or SVG logo and it is placed in the template header at the correct scale. Add a scanned or drawn signature image for the authorised-signature block, which many corporate clients require before releasing payment. Because both are read locally as data URLs, they are embedded directly in your PDF and never uploaded anywhere.
18 currencies with correct formatting
Choose from major global currencies including USD, EUR, GBP, INR, AUD, CAD, JPY, AED, SGD and ZAR. Amounts are formatted with the correct symbol placement, decimal separators and grouping for the selected currency, so an invoice in euros does not look like an invoice in dollars with a different symbol pasted on.
Drafts, duplication and recurring billing
Save any invoice as a local draft, reopen it later, and duplicate it to create the next invoice with the number incremented automatically. For monthly retainers this reduces a recurring invoice to changing the dates and downloading — typically under thirty seconds.

What this tool deliberately does not do
Being clear about scope saves you time. This is an invoice generator, not accounting software. It does not maintain a general ledger, reconcile bank feeds, file tax returns, send automated payment reminders or process card payments. If you need those, keep using this tool for document creation and pair it with a bookkeeper or accounting platform.
Because drafts are stored in your browser, clearing site data or switching device means drafts do not follow you. Always download the PDF for each invoice you issue and keep it with your records — that PDF is the document that matters for accounting and audit.
